    How can I make payment for my order?
      • You can either choose Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit Card/ Debit Card/Internet Banking to make the payment of your order.
        Can I pay through Debit/Credit Card?
          • Simply select Debit/Credit Card Payment option during checkout. You will then be redirected to a payment gateway, where you would be required to fill your card details. Fill up the information and your good to go!
          Can I pay once I receive my order?
            • The answer is yes! Please select “Cash on Delivery (COD)” during checkout and pay easily at the time of delivery.
            Can I pay in instalments for my order?
              • We're sorry; the instalment or EMI payment option is not accepted by us as yet.
              Are there any hidden costs when I make a purchase?
                • We will never hide any cost from you. The price and charges mentioned on the website are final.



                How do I place an order?
                  • Select your favourite product and click on “Add to Cart”. Sign up with us and fill out details like contact number, shipping & billing address, etc, and proceed with the checkout. You may select COD or Prepaid payment option for your order.
                  How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
                    • Once your order is placed, it is then verified by us. You might even receive a verification call for the same. Once our order is verified, we will send an email confirmation to you.
                    How do I check the status of my order?
                      • Simply login to you account at and check the status of your order. We keep updating your order status at each successive stage of processing.
                      How do I track my order?
                        • You can track your order only once it is shipped by us. Once your order is handed over to the courier by us, we will be sending you a Shipping Confirmation email along with the order tracking details / link. You may also choose to track your order through the Track Order Button on the website.
                        How do I change or cancel my order?
                          • We’re sorry, you cannot change the order once placed. You can only do this once you cancel the first order. To cancel an order, write us an email at with your cancellation request along with order details and we shall cancel your order. Please note, the order can be cancelled only till it has not been shipped by us. If the order has got fulfilled, the cancellation will not be initiated.
                          What should I do if I find my order opened or tampered with upon delivery?
                            • Report such matter to us with your Order Number either through e-mail or phone and we shall replace your order once the reverse pick up of the tampered order is made and verified at our end.
                            Can I try the product at the time of delivery before making the payment?
                              • Sorry, if you have opted for COD payment option, you would be required to make the payment immediately at the time of delivery. Trial of product before making payment is not possible. However, you may request for a return if you are not satisfied with the product.



                              What does “Half shipping on Orders over INR 2500” mean?
                                • This means half shipping charges would be applicable on a total billing amount of INR 2500 or above.
                                Where all do you ship?
                                  • We provide shipping all over India. So, place your order without worrying about shipping.
                                  Do you offer international shipping?
                                    • Sorry, international shipping is currently inactive on the website.
                                    I have not received my order yet. What should I do?
                                      • Don't worry. Just reach to us with your Order Number and we'll give you the exact status of your order.



                                      How do I return my order?
                                        • You may request for a return of your order within 15 days of delivery of the order. Return can be requested only on reason based on size issue, defective article, different / wrong color or quality issues. ME reserves the right to decline the return request if reason stated is different from the specified list or is not genuine.
                                        What do I do if I receive a wrong product?
                                          • Report this to us and we'll get your order replaced with your original order once the reverse pick up of the wrong order is made and verified at our end.
                                          How do I exchange / replace my order?
                                            • If you are not satisfied with the item delivered, you can request an exchange or replacement in a different size or color. All this again, at no extra cost to you.Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. 
                                            Do I need to ship the return order on my own?
                                              • No. We will arrange a pickup of the return order though our logistic partner.
